This process will involve operating a wide range of vehicle assembly equipment including power tools. In doing so, they will also identify and implement continuous improvement projects for area safety and efficiency, in addition to routine functions.
Business Development Director
Full-time / Director
The Business Development Director role drives core capture opportunity success with the support of a world-class engineering and development team. The AM provides strong leadership, tenacity, and inventiveness in identifying emergent customer needs and mobilizing specific organizational technologies, products, and services to deliver strong market offerings. This role has a strong bias for action in engaging with Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) customers, partners, and key suppliers to shape opportunities that maximize customer value proposition and subsequent business capture. As such, this role will require frequent travel to support customer, supplier, and industry engagement and will be heavily involved in proposal development.
Full-time / Mid-Senior Level
Be part of a world-class multi-disciplinary aircraft design team. As an Electrical Engineer you will be part of and originate design and work with vendors across the UAS spectrum to include implementing Defense Standards for Electrical, Communication and Power Systems, Embedded Processing, Machine Learning, Ground Control, Harnessing, Vehicle Systems and Printed Circuits. Qualified applicants do not need expertise in each of these areas but expect to learn and be given autonomy in a dynamic and rapid-paced development environment. Expect periodic travel to support suppliers, customers, field testing, and demos.
Additive Manufacturing Technician - 3D Printing
Full-time / Associate
The Additive Manufacturing Technician will join RapidFlight’s growing technician team, and will work closely with our Engineering, R&D, and Prototyping groups as part of a world-class aircraft design team. In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations of a 3D printer cluster/farm with no less than 10 FDM printers. As an Additive Manufacturing Technician, you will manage, operate, and maintain FDM type 3D printers in your area of responsibility. You will also be responsible for providing status on the availability of these machines on a regular basis, and initiate call to action for any repairs or modifications necessary to assure overall cluster/farm operations
