Mobile Production System
RapidFlight’s Manufacturing at the Tactical Edge (MATE) is supported by our Mobile Production System (MPS) and Unmanned Air Vehicle (UAV) platforms. Backed by our state-of-the-art Digital Engineering and 3D Additive Manufacturing processes, MATE shifts the logistics paradigm by manufacturing at the point of need. The 3 TEU MPS is comprised of one manufacturing unit with 3D printers, one assembly unit for incorporation of structural, avionics, and propulsion kits, and one unit for inventory storage.
The MPS puts an organic production and repair solution into the hands of the mission commander giving them an agile, on-demand solution that increases mission capability rates while reducing logistical chain impacts.
/ Agile Attritable
Our E2 UAS, part of our family of attritable UAS systems, provides a unique capability combining payload capacity with a high bandwidth Line of Sight (LOS) communications system. The solution is manufactured using commercial off the shelf (COTS) components, integrated into the E2 aircraft using RapidFlight’s revolutionary 3D printing technology. The user can conduct missions greater than 100 km from the launch point. The E2 has been designed for ease of payload integration and operation. The E2 is reflective of the broad range of capability that RapidFlight can deliver through our bespoke design and fabrication processes.
/ Ultra-High Endurance
M2 is an ultra-high endurance, fixed wing UAS designed for any environment providing Group 5 range from a Group 3 system. M2 utilizes state-of-the-art Digital Engineering and 3D Additive Manufacturing. The 23-60lb payload capacity provides flexibility with the ability to carry EO/IR, SAR, SIGINT and communication relay payloads. The modular design simplifies operational logistics for line replaceable avionics, engines, payloads, and airframe components enabling higher operational rates at lower sustainment costs. Runway independent, the M2 can be set up to operate anywhere in the world to support the warfighter or first responder at the point-of-need.
